Scope of Work
Weekly laundry services for the 711th Human Performance Wing at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. Approximately 235 pounds of weekly laundry volume across three service categories: Operational Equipment (OE), Facility Equipment (FE), and Residential Housing (RH).
Services included standard laundry processing, 160-degree Fahrenheit thermal treatment for contaminated linens per CDC healthcare standards, separate facility handling for infectious disease items, vehicle sanitation using EPA-approved germicidal agents, minor garment repairs at no additional cost, and 24-hour emergency delivery capability.
Our Contribution
Our team prepared the complete proposal package for this BPA: cover letter, executive summary, technical capability statement, and representations and certifications.
The technical capability statement was structured to address each of the five mandatory acceptability criteria in the Performance Work Statement: 160-degree wash capability, separate infectious disease facility, vehicle sanitation compliance, minor repair capability, and 24-hour emergency delivery. We wrote the compliance narrative to directly mirror the PWS requirements section by section, leaving no evaluation gap for the contracting officer.
We also structured the pricing narrative around the three required service categories and demonstrated technical compliance and operational readiness for the planned performance start.
Contract Awarded
The Laundry Services BPA was awarded in February 2026 for the 711th Human Performance Wing at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. Task orders are issued as services are needed, so the agreement does not carry a fixed ceiling.
